You may return the item within 7 days after receiving it to receive a REFUND for any reason (check refund policy at later part of the page). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exception: All GB items are nonrefundable.



To return an item, please make sure to email customer service at first for the return address. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Please note that there are following refund condictions:

  1. If the lost is due to address problem (like returned by the post office or carrier with reason of incorrect address), no refund will be issued.
  2. If the refund is due to 7- day no reason refund and the product is shipped out, we will wait for your return of the product, make sure it’s new and good for a second sale. You will be reponsible for return shipping fee, we will deduct the shipping fees (including the fee we sent it out), any import tax happened (if any) plus 3% processing per order.
  3. If the refund is due before we ship out the product or a delivered product with quality problems approved within 7 days you received it, we will refund product cost and shipping fee, and deduct plus 3% processing per order.
  4. If there is quality problem approved after 7 days and within one year you received it , we will refund product cost only, shipping fee will be deducted.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • GB items cannot be returned.


Policy for non-GB Items

You can return the item for a refund or replacement within the 90 days warranty period. We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed. Please make sure the item is fully tested before sending it back, or a 10% re-stocking fee will be charged when the item is found working. And please make sure the item is securely packaged when ship back to us, or the processing of refund or replacement will be delay if the item has additional damages when it reaches us.

Policy for GB Items

Due to GB project’s nature, it’s aftersales warranty is limited to 7 days after receiving the items.  All problems found must be reported to our service team in time for trouble shooting.



You are eligible for Limited Warranty support within 1-Year Warranty for all keyboards and Free Lifetime Tech Support. If you believe the keyboard is defective and under the 1-Year warranty, please firstly contact us at Then please follow our instruction to submit a Return or Exchange request.
