Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

Normally orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Exceptions: Preorders and GB items will have diffenent delivery schedules. During long holidays, we will post the shipment delay notice on the listing and you can be notified before purchasing.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping time varies by country, but usually, it takes 7-20 days since we ship out our products with carriers like DHL, UPS, and economy shipping, etc. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The current shipping charges are based on normal estimation. If the shipping address is particularly remote, we may contact you to charge extra freight.

Can I change my shipping address after purchase?

You may be able to change the shipping address, but you’ll need to contact us before we ship the item to you. If you change the shipping address after the item is sent, the additional fees may be charged.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Velocifire is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

WARRANTY

Warranty

For all new items you purchase, Velocifire offers one-year warranty support. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. Date of purchase and proof of purchase are required.

Which type of switch are the mechanical keyboards applied?

All mechanical keyboards are applied for Brown Switch.

What is the plastic used and the construction fo the keycaps?

The keycaps use ABS double-shot plastic and Bi-color injection technology. All keys are anti-ghosting and removable.

Is the base of keyboards metal or plastic?

It’s ABS plastic.

Does it come with a keycap puller?

Yes, it does.
