해제

처리 수수료

그룹 구매가 아닌 품목의 경우 제품 반품이 허용됩니다. 고객은 제품을 받은 후 7일 이내에 반품을 신청할 권리가 있습니다.

반품 자격을 얻으려면 상품이 사용되지 않았으며 상품을 받은 것과 동일한 상태여야 합니다. 또한 원래 포장에 들어 있어야 합니다.

키보드 키트의 경우

  • “키보드 느낌이 나쁘다” 또는 불만족을 이유로 한 반품은 접수되지 않습니다. 조립된 키보드는 새 제품으로 다시 판매할 수 없으므로 조립된 키보드 반품 요청은 거부됩니다. 하지만 Velocifiretech에서는 왕복 배송비를 부담할 의향이 있는 경우 무료 수리 서비스를 제공합니다.
  • 배송 관련 문제가 있는 경우 택배사에 문의하는 것이 좋습니다. 배송에 문제가 있는 경우 환불을 제공하지 않으며 주문을 다시 보내지도 않습니다.

다음 상황에도 환불 요청이 불가능합니다.

1) 잘못된 연락처나 주소를 기재한 경우

PCB 반품/교환의 경우

VELOCIFIRE는 우리가 판매한 모든 PCB에 대해 3개월 무료 보증을 제공합니다.
다음은 보증 청구에서 제외됩니다.
1) USB 포트가 느슨해지거나 PCB에서 연결이 끊어집니다.
2) 핫스왑 소켓이 헐거워지거나 PCB에서 분리됩니다.
3) 다이오드가 느슨해지거나 PCB에서 연결이 끊어집니다.
4) 고객이 PCB를 수정합니다. 예: 솔더 PCB를 핫스왑으로 변환
5) 커패시터가 느슨해지거나 PCB에서 분리됩니다.
6) JST 커넥터가 느슨해지거나 PCB에서 분리됩니다.


스위치 및 액세서리 용

고객이 윤활하거나 분해한 모든 스위치 및 액세서리는 보증에서 제외됩니다.

키캡의 경우
키캡에 결함이 있거나 우려 사항이 있는 경우, 소포 수령 후 7일 이내에 VELOCIFIRE에 문의하시기 바랍니다. 키캡을 사용한 후에는 반품이 허용되지 않습니다.


키보드 케이스의 경우
1) 양극 산화 처리된 케이스를 걸어 도색합니다. 이로 인해 페인팅 과정에서 케이스 내부에 얼룩이 발견될 수 있습니다. 이는 정상적인 현상이며 당사의 품질 허용 범위 내에 있습니다.
2) 케이스에 훼손이 있는 경우, 배송일로부터 7일 이내에 연락주시기 바랍니다. 7일 이후에는 보상이 제공되지 않습니다.
3) 케이스나 황동 무게에 약간의 긁힘은 당사 품질 수준에서 허용됩니다.
4) 나사를 벗겨낸 경우에는 보증 대상에서 제외됩니다.

맞춤 주문 또는 맞춤 제작 상품은 환불할 권리가 없습니다.

    The difference between GB products and prototypes

    • GB products have larger weight chamfers.
    • Changed the shape of the screw fixing place of the plate.
    • The rgb patch light is transferred from the original "~" key to "caps" key.
    • For prototypes, the Top mount is pre-installed with 0.3mm gaskets to ensure that the structure does not conflict. This will be further improved in the GB, and it can be used without gaskets.

    Quality Disclaimer

    • Appearance QC standards (including Stainless steel PVD weight) are as follows:

      According to GB QC standard, our QC is in the light conditions are normal, and keep the distance between 20-25 cm to check the keyboard‘s appearance. If there is no defect then the QC check is passed.

      If the keyboard has problems such as dirt/spot/trachoma, as long as the dirt/spot/trachoma is less than 0.8-2.0 mm² (check with a film caliper), the QC check will pass. You can view the table of QC standards for dirt/spot/trachoma.
    • Plating marks caused by hanging holes inside during keyboard production are normal phenomena during production.
    • Due to the special material properties of PVD, there may be slight, unavoidable dust on the mirror surface during production. These are normal phenomena and within our quality approval range.
    • The final product color may be different from the rendering, but it is an acceptable range. It mainly refers to the actual product.
