SHIPMENT
How long is the shipping time?

1. If you ordered everything are in stock, it usually takes us 1-3 business days to prepare before shipping the package out.
2. If you ordered Group Buy products in your order. It could take 3-4 months for you to receive them.
3. If you ordered both in-stock items and the Group buy products, everything will be scheduled for you until the Group buy products are ready. (If you want to receive the in-stock items earlier, please split the order)
4. Shipping time: 10~18 days (Standard Shipping), 3-10 days (Expedited Shipping)

Note:
If your order is over 100 USD, we highly recommend to purchase the expedited shipping and the insurance. It is safer and guaranteed.

What are your shipping methods?

Shipping methods and period might be affected and changed due to festive seasons, pandemic circumstances, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TARIFF
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?

Customers have to bear any form of custom/import duties that are applicable for your parcel. If the custom duties and the delivery of the parcel are rejected by the recipient, the shipping cost still needs to be paid. Velocifire only arranges the refund of the order amount after deducting the shipping cost incurred.

ORDER PROBLEM
How do I request an order cancellation?

For non-Group Buy items, we accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a refund minus the processing fees that are lost to the payment providers. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out.

For custom keyboards and accessories group buys (including extras), please refer to specific sales terms in the page description.

Any refund is subject to about 5.4%+0.3$ PayPal processing fee

How do I get help for my order?

In general, upon receiving your parcel, please confirm the contents of the package and ensure that the package is in good condition before signing for it. All customers are strongly advised to take an unboxing video of their parcel and packaging when opening their parcels and products.

For faulty/missing items, please send an email to support@velocifiretech.com for after-sale services. The following details are required.
1. Send an email to support@velocifiretech.com with an appropriate Subject Title.
2. Provide your order number and state the issue clearly.
3. Attach photos and videos to show that your product is faulty/missing. Shipping details on the parcel packaging have to be clearly visible.

If the photos/videos you provide are insufficient to verify the issue, we'll conduct further investigation. Once the issue is confirmed, and the product is still under warranty, we'll arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund (as applicable). Please contact us first by email. Our team will review your email within 1-2 business days. (If we're on vacation, review time may be extended depending on the specific period of time.)

TRACKING
Will tracking details be provided for my order?

After placing an order, you will receive the order confirmation email. After your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking email. You can track your order via the tracking number online. If you haven't received the emails or are having trouble tracking your order, please reach out to us for assistance.

Why is my package tracking information not updating?

Sometimes logistics info will lag behind the actual transportation situation, or the updates may not be updated until the goods arrive at the destination country. As long as it is within the estimated transportation time, please wait patiently.

Business
What are your business hours?

Our regular business hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT+8), Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends and do not respond to inquiries or ship orders during this time. Any questions received over the weekend will be addressed collectively on the following Monday. pariatur.
